Anyone can mod it. What is max damage for r8 daggers?

Edit: NM on dmg. Think it stays the same regardless of req level...I think.

unless that 14 while enchanted is an insc thats the mod he's talking about.

yeah..if I'm reading Wiki right, daggers are 7-17. I never realized it was the same for all requirement weps. Still not convinced on that one though.
